Deposit
To reserve a kitten, there is a non-refundable $500 deposit. This good faith payment may be paid by Venmo, Square, or Zelle (or another form of payment if it has been agreed upon).

Price
The total price for a Royal Grace Siberian Colorpoint kitten is $2,500. After paying the deposit of $500 to reserve your kitten, the remaining balance of $2,000 will be due one week before the scheduled pickup date and must be paid in a form of payment that has been agreed upon by both parties.

Contract Agreement
our Purchase Contract of Agreement will be sent to you for review and signature before you pay the full balance to adopt a kitten.

Courier
After the deposit has been paid, the contract has been signed by both parties, and the remaining balance on the kitten has been paid, the transportation schedule can then be approached. We do not provide courier services. If you cannot pick up the kitten in person, you must manage your own pet courier arrangements. This must be coordinated by the Purchaser and the date and time must be agreed upon by both parties (Purchaser and Breeder) before moving forward. I can recommend several highly reviewed courier services if you need any recommendations or assistance in finding one. Please see below for three courier services that are highly recommended.

Contract Details
Please see the drop down topics to the right hand side of the page. Before paying for and picking up your kitten you will be sent our contract of agreement to read and sign.

All of our adult cats are up to date on the required immunizations, de-worming, and they are microchipped. They are scanned and free from genetic diseases. Kittens will be ready for their new home at 10-12 weeks old and will have their first set of required shots, de-worming, and a microchip by that time. Vet documents with proof of good health will be provided.

Our kittens are for pet and show purposes only and the buyer is required to neuter/spay their kitten by 6 months of age. When you provide proof of the veterinarian procedure, we can then send you the kitten’s Pedigree document.

We keep a list of applications in order of date received. There is no cost to be put on the waiting list for a litter/kitten. We will contact you when the kittens are born. We wait until the kittens are 3 weeks old to contact you with all of their photos and information. After making your selection and choosing which kitten you would like, we will then invite you to make your deposit to reserve your kitten.

Our cattery is registered with the Cat Fanciers Association. Founded in 1906, it is the world’s largest registry of pedigreed cats and the most prestigious pedigreed cat registering association in North America.
TICA Registered
Our cattery is registered with the International Cat Association (TICA) -the world’s fastest growing genetic registry of pedigreed and domestic cats. Founded in 1979, it was originally only in North America, but now it has a worldwide presence.
